‘123 it’s a fruity abc’ is a great way to involve young children in developing early literacy skills using synthetic phonics, together with a fun and healthy eating approach to tasty fruit and vegetables.

The DVD uses the latest developments to stimulate and engage young children with colourful animations created from fresh fruit and vegetables, a full alphabet of letter sounds, and as many fruit and veggie references we could fit in.

The same goes for our learn on-line products, the first of which introduces synthetic phonics with fruit and vegetables but includes those important computer skills including mouse, cursor, click and click and hold. It has a full week-by-week 'word bank' to supplement the on-line activity to use as flash cards and many other ways.

It's important for the parent or carer to use these on 'a few minutes a day' basis, creating a learning and 'fruit time' snacking routine.

Sweet fresh and dried fruit or crunchy vegetables make a great reward while learning, helping to develop taste while containing lots of vitamins and minerals.
